INDOT bid tabs
Updated May 7, 2026 (newest letting in this data)
A bid tab (bid tabulation) is the record Indiana Department of Transportation publishes after a letting: every bid received on each contract, ranked from low to high, usually next to the engineer's estimate.
Contractors use INDOT bid tabs to see how many firms bid each kind of work, how close the low bid came to the estimate, and where their own pricing sat. This page summarizes the tabs in our data by year; bidder names are not shown.
