Phase 15A Street Reconstruction

The scope of work consists of the reconstruction of Chapman Street from Augusta Street to Curry Drive, the entirelength of Independence Drive, and Bartlett Place from cul-de-sac to Clover Valley Dr. The work includes, but is notlimited to, mobilization, preparation of right-of-way, traffic control, approximately 16,200 SY of 6-inch thickreinforced concrete pavement on flex base subgrade, and approximately 40,000 SF of 4-inch thick reinforcedconcrete sidewalks, approximately 2,300 LF of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer, 1,100 LF of 18-inch diametersanitary sewer, 4,400 LF of 8-inch water line, and any other work deemed necessary by the City.
