RFP - Environmental Planning Services for the Grizzly Flat Road at Steely Fork Cosumnes River - Bridge Replacement Project #36105085

The County is soliciting sealed proposals from highly qualified and experienced firms (hereinafter referred to as “Proposer”) to provide environmental planning services for the Grizzly Flat Road at Steely Fork Cosumnes River – Bridge Replacement Project (Project), as required for the County’s Department of Transportation (DOT). The successful Proposer will complete services on a public works project involving federal and state funds. Proposals must be consistent with applicable prevailing wage requirements. It is anticipated that this Request for Proposals (RFP) will result in the award of one (1) agreement with the top-ranked Proposer for a three (3) year period. Proposers must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) environmental planning policies and procedures, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). They must also show experience in delivering professional environmental planning support services; experience working with California local governments is desirable. In addition, Proposers must have experience with Caltrans Local Assistance policies and procedures for projects involving federal and state funding, including environmental planning, CEQA, and NEPA requirements.
