Atlantic Bridge Localized Pavement Repair & Bandini Blvd. Street Improvements -- Indiana Street to Sunol Drive

Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, services, and specialized skills to perform work involved in the Project. The Work in the Bid is defined in the Project Drawings and Specifications and will generally include the following: Street improvements on Atlantic Bridge & Bandini Blvd. between Indiana Street and Sunol Drive. Improvements include but are not limited to: asphalt grind and overlay; asphalt and concrete pavement removal and restoration/improvements; curb ramp upgrades; striping; manhole adjustments; utility valve cover adjustments; curb and gutter replacement; sidewalk replacement; driveway approach replacement; traffic control; survey monument preservation/restoration; and coordination with railroad agencies. The work shall be done in accordance with the project plans and specifications, Contract No.2027XXX, Plan No. P2814 – Sheets 1 through 7 &Exhibit 1-2. In the event of any conflicts, refer to the Procedure of Contract Documents” contained in General Conditions, Section 1.10. Please refer to the attached RFB for additional details.
