On-Call Traffic Engineering Services

The City of Vernon is seeking an on-call traffic engineering consultant to provide a broad range of services, including intersection and signal warrant studies, safety/crash analyses, development project reviews, traffic signal/ITS design, traffic modeling, signal timing, traffic impact analysis, temporary traffic control review, and miscellaneous traffic engineering support. The consultant will provide task-specific scopes and fee proposals and serve as a technical advisor to the City’s Public Works Department. Please refer to the attached RFP for additional details.
