Comprehensive Water and Wastewater Rate Studies

The City of Santa Barbara (City) is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to conduct two independent, comprehensive, cost-of-service rate studies (Studies) for its Water and Wastewater utilities, including preparing Ten-Year Financial Plans (Plans) for both utilities with proposed rate adjustments that are necessary to cover the cost of operating, maintaining, and upgrading the Water and Wastewater systems.
