Concrete Replacement Program FY 2026-27 And Hospital Road Sidewalk Improvements

The scope of work for this contract includes providing all necessary labor and materials to completed both the Concrete Replacement Program FY 2026-27 (Appendix A and B) and Hospital Road Sidewalk Improvements (R-7065-S). The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of the following:• Mobilization and demobilization• Saw cutting and removing roadway improvements, concrete sidewalks, parkways, driveways, access ramps, cross gutters, curb drains, curbs and gutters• Constructing new full depth asphalt concrete (AC) pavement section, concrete sidewalks, parkways, driveways, access ramps, cross gutters, curb drains, curbs and gutters (utilizing pump if necessary)• Preparing subgrade• Implementing best management practices (BMP)• Verifying and coordinating with utility companies• Adjusting and relocating utilities• Traffic striping and signage improvements• Distributing door hanger notifications• Placing “No Parking” signs and traffic control• Posting tree removal signs• Removing, shaving or pruning tree roots, grading, clearing and grubbing• Removing trees, stump grinding, root removal and grading removal area• Patching areas of concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk• Pumping concrete for improvements in park areas• Restoring private improvements including damaged bricks, walls, and irrigation lines• Restoring survey markers damaged or displaced by the work• Painting curb face and tops red where applicable• Restoring curb face address paint where applicable• Installing grass turf as necessary to match existing private grass turf• Removing and replacing utility boxes, valves, and cleanouts damaged or displaced by the work• Providing temporary access during construction• Preparing as-built plans• And other incidental items to complete work in place as required by the Contact Documents
