Porter Road Convenience Center Improvements

The Orange County Board of Supervisors invites qualified commercial licensed contractors to submit sealed bids for the construction of improvements at its Porter Road Convenience Center located at 11530 Porter Road, Orange, Virginia. Sealed Bids will be received, in writing, at the Orange County Finance Office, Attn: Ethan Henry, Procurement Coordinator; 112 West Main Street, 2nd floor, P.O. Box 111, Orange, VA 22960, no later than 2:00 P.M. local prevailing time, on January 25, 2027. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 9, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the Porter Road Convenience Center. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Orange County Administration Conference Room located at 112 W. Main Street, Orange VA 22960, Basement, January 26, 2027, at 2:00 P.M.
